Refund & Cancellation Policy

Packages

Seller packages (Free, Verified, Bronze, Gold, Platinum) are described on sellers-packages. Paid tiers are annual listing subscriptions unless a different term is shown at checkout.

Activation

Paid packages activate after we verify your bank deposit, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or other accepted payment evidence. Until activation, enhanced features may not apply.

Refunds

• If payment cannot be verified or your order is cancelled before activation, you may receive a full refund of amounts paid to us
• After your paid package is activated and the listing is live with paid features, fees are generally non-refundable
• Duplicate charges or clear processing errors reported within 48 hours will be reviewed by finance

Cancellation and downgrades

Contact support to cancel renewal or discuss downgrades. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for unused months unless required by law or explicitly agreed in writing.

Chargebacks

Unfounded chargebacks may result in suspension of the listing and account while we investigate.
