Who we are

EveryBusiness.pk is a Pakistan business directory operated by AzAd Solutions (operator of EveryBusiness.pk), 35-G Shama Plaza, 72-Ferozpur Road, Lahore, Pakistan. Contact: [email protected], WhatsApp 0313 7563344.

Acceptance

By accessing the site, creating an account, submitting a listing, or purchasing a seller package, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Posting Rules, and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement.
• The directory is intended for legitimate commercial and professional use.
• Listings must represent real businesses with a verifiable presence in Pakistan as described in our Posting Rules.

Accounts and sign-in

Sellers may register using a one-time email code or Google sign-in where enabled. You are responsible for activity under your account. Typically one seller account manages one business listing; contact support if you need a separate profile for a distinct legal entity.

Our role

EveryBusiness.pk is an advertising and discovery platform. We connect buyers with listed businesses. We are not a party to contracts, payments, or disputes between users unless we explicitly state otherwise. We do not guarantee leads, sales, rankings, or uninterrupted service.

Listings and content

• You must provide accurate business information and keep your listing updated.
• You retain ownership of your content but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, index, promote, and format it on EveryBusiness.pk and related channels for directory purposes.
• Plan limits (photos, offices, services, etc.) apply as shown on sellers-packages.
• Verified, Platinum, or Live badges indicate platform checks or seller declarations — not government certification.

Paid packages

Paid seller packages (Verified, Bronze, Gold, Platinum) are annual listing subscriptions unless stated otherwise at checkout. Activation follows payment verification. Fees and non-refund rules are set out in our Refund Policy.

Prohibited use

• False, misleading, or infringing listings or reviews
• Spam, scraping, or automated harvesting of contact data without permission
• Attempting to bypass plan limits, payment, or security controls
• Harassment, hate speech, or illegal activity

Intellectual property and takedowns

If you believe content on EveryBusiness.pk infringes your rights, email [email protected] with the URL, your contact details, and a clear description of the issue. We may remove or disable content while we review.

Disclaimer and liability

The platform is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the directory or dealings with other users. Our total liability for a paid package is limited to the fees you paid us for that package in the twelve months before the claim.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify AzAd Solutions against claims arising from your listing content, your breach of these Terms, or your dealings with other users, except where caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Courts in Lahore shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
